Direbrook Art Show - “Penny’s Gallery”

Greetings,

Direbrook will soon be here and I hope to gather a sterling collection of new artists as well as our favorite regulars. 

On the Direbrook website are the Direbrook Art Show reservation form, release & waiver, and the Art Show rules. Please read the rules carefully. We encourage you to enter original artwork, not just reproductions. We also want to remind you this is an art display, rather than a dealer’s room. So we reserve the right to limit the number of pieces on a panel or table—especially in the case of a large number of similar items.  

There will be about 90 panels and 15 tables. The space will be filled as we receive the reservation requests.  Prices for panel and/or table space are still only $15 per space.

All Art Show space must be reserved and paid for in advance. Direbrook accepts mail-in artwork. Upon receipt of your completed reservation, release forms and fees, we will confirm and send you links to the Art Show inventory control forms and bid sheets. These forms must be completed and brought or shipped with your artwork to Direbrook.

We encourage you to enter our Art Show, join Direbrook and participate in programming. You need not be a member of Direbrook to enter artwork in the Art Show, but you must purchase a membership if you want to attend the convention. Direbrook will feature art-related programming with panels, workshops and demonstrations.

At this time Art Show hours are:

Friday

Set-up: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Artist check-in: 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Open to Membership: 6:00 p.m. -- 10:00 p.m.

Saturday

Open to Membership: 10:00 a.m. -- 6:00 p.m.

Sunday

Open to Membership: 10:00 a.m. -- 11:00 a.m.

Bidding ends: 11:00 a.m.

Final Sales: 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m

Shutdown: 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
