Vendor Applications

What:
Direbrook is a Dark Fantasy Convention that Showcases All Expressions of Art. We put an emphasis on sharing and learning art in as many forms as we can get our hands on from canvas to performance. With our local artistry you will be transported into the town of Direbrook with immersive set designs and interactive characters roam the halls. Vendors are welcome to join in as part of the Monster Prom! 

Spaces:

  • $150 per 10x10 space.(1 table included, +$5 per additional table)

  • $100 per 6ft table space.

  • 2 badges are included per application+$10 per additional vendor badge (up to 4 badges)

  • Power available (please bring your extension cord & gaffer tape)

  • Thematic decoration of your booth space is encouraged!

 When:
November 1st-3rd 2024

Vendor Set-up: Friday: 10am-6pm

Vendor Hall Open: Saturday: 10am-6pm || Sunday: 10am-4pm

Vendor Tear-down:  Sunday: 4pm-10pm

Where:
1000 NE Multnomah St, Portland, OR
Vendors may park in the hotel gated parking garage, for which the hotel charges daily.


Estimated Attendance:
150-350

Attendees to be age 18+


What we are looking for:
Handmade goods with a leaning towards the theme of dark fantasy. Any food/drink sold must be sealed and made in accordance with appropriate laws.

No AI generated "art" permitted.

Remember, this is a convention featuring cosplay: there is often photographic flashes, lighted costumes, people filming, large costumes and/or props, sources of strong scents, etc. Please keep this in mind.

Prior Vendors in good standing, Bi-Weekly we will process the applications and we will be accepting vendor applications until August 1st 2024.
